Define the delivered configuration

A complete quotation lists the base unit, software version, accessories, starter consumables, manuals, installation, testing, user training, warranty, spare parts and exclusions, with model and country of origin confirmed for the exact offered configuration.

Plan acceptance and lifecycle support

Agree site-readiness responsibilities, installation records, acceptance tests, training evidence, preventive maintenance, response times and end-of-warranty support. Total cost should include recurring consumables and service, not only acquisition.
