Answers on ordering, products, shipping and accounts.
Straight answers to the questions that come up most before a first order or RFQ. Can't find yours — ask us directly.
Is this a real checkout, or does it just send a request?
Adding a directly purchasable product to your cart and submitting it starts a quote request, not a payment. Nothing is charged. Our commercial desk confirms the full landed total — including customs, duty and shipping — before any payment is taken.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — $150 per order for directly purchasable products. If your cart is under that, you'll see exactly how much more to add before you can submit.
Do the listed prices include shipping, customs or duty?
No. Listed prices are for the product only. A correct landed price depends on your destination country and the product's exact HS code, so freight, duty and destination tax are confirmed separately before anything is charged.
Can I request a sample before ordering in bulk?
Yes, for most products — availability, cost and lead time for a sample are confirmed when you submit the request. Use the "Request a sample" option on the product page.
Is there one minimum order quantity for every product?
No. Minimum quantities vary by product, supplier, packaging and production method, and are confirmed with the commercial quotation for that specific item.
Why do some products show a price and others say "RFQ only"?
Every product carries a regulatory classification. Unregulated products show a price and can be added to cart directly. Medical devices, and products whose classification depends on how they're marketed or destination-market rules (including some sports protective equipment, which several markets treat as PPE), are RFQ-only by design — no price is shown, and a quotation is prepared against your specific requirement instead.
Does House of Global Trades manufacture the products?
No. We source and export — the portfolio defines our sourcing and supply scope, not our own manufacturing. The selected manufacturer and supply route are identified for each quotation.
Are all products made in Pakistan?
Pakistan-made origin is stated only when it's true for the selected supplier and shipment. Some equipment may be sourced from Pakistan or elsewhere, confirmed model by model.
Can you provide product certifications or technical documents?
Available technical, quality, origin and transaction documents depend on the specific product, manufacturer and destination market — tell us what you need when you submit an RFQ and we'll confirm what exists.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — House of Global Trades serves international buyers from Pakistan across all three commercial wings.
Who is responsible for customs clearance at my end?
This is confirmed per order and destination as part of the quotation, since customs and import requirements vary significantly by country and by the product's HS classification.
Do I need an account to order or submit an RFQ?
No — an account is optional. Checkout and RFQ submissions both work as a guest. Signing in adds order history and repeat ordering, but isn't required to buy or enquire.
How does sign-in work — do I need a password?
No password. Enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link. Open it on the same device and browser you requested it from, since the link is tied to that session.
Is House of Global Trades a registered company?
House of Global Trades is a registered Pakistan-based sole proprietorship. See the Legal Imprint page for the proprietor and registration details.
How do I get in touch with a commercial question?
Use the RFQ form on the Contact page, or email inquiry@houseofglobaltrades.com directly.
