1. Informational website
The site describes HGT's planned sourcing, procurement coordination, private-label support, export coordination and educational content in medical, veterinary, sports and performance-wellness categories. It is not a stock marketplace, regulated product register or guarantee that a listed item is available, approved or suitable for a particular use.
2. No professional or clinical advice
Website content is general commercial education. It is not medical, veterinary, physiotherapy, legal, regulatory, tax or customs advice and should not be used for diagnosis, treatment or clinical decision-making. Product classification and destination requirements depend on the exact manufacturer, model, intended use, claims and market.
3. Quote requests, RFQs and enquiries are non-binding
A downloaded inquiry brief, a cart checkout submission, an RFQ submission, a category page or a discussion does not create a contract, agency, partnership, fiduciary duty, exclusivity or obligation to supply. Submitting the cart checkout form records a quote request against an indicative price that excludes freight, duty and VAT — it is not an order and nothing is charged at that point. A transaction is formed only once our commercial desk has confirmed a full landed total and delivery terms in writing and you have accepted them and arranged payment.
4. Terms that apply once a quote is confirmed
Pricing and freight. The price shown at checkout is indicative and covers goods only. Freight, duty and VAT are quoted separately by our commercial desk once a written courier rate exists for your destination, and are added before any payment is requested.
Delivery. Goods are sourced and shipped order-against- order from Pakistan; HGT does not hold speculative stock. Estimated lead times are confirmed at the time the total is quoted, not before.
Cancellation. A quote request may be cancelled at no cost at any time before you accept a confirmed total and arrange payment. Cancellation and returns terms that apply after payment is made are confirmed in the order-confirmation correspondence sent to you at that time, since they can depend on the product, destination and stage of production.
Warranty. Goods are supplied as described in the specification confirmed with your order. HGT sources and exports; it does not manufacture. Where a manufacturer offers its own warranty, that warranty is the manufacturer's and is passed through on the terms the manufacturer sets, not reissued as an HGT guarantee.
5. Product and certification statements
Category listings describe potential sourcing scope. Origin, manufacturer identity, certification, quality-system status, test evidence, registration, stock and delivery are verified for the exact quotation. Supplier-held certificates are not HGT corporate certifications and apply only to their stated issuer, site, scope, product and validity period.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape at a level that disrupts the service, misrepresent HGT content or use the site for unlawful activity. Ordinary search-engine indexing is permitted under the published robots rules.
7. Intellectual property and external links
Unless otherwise identified, the site's original branding, structure and content are reserved by HGT or its licensors. Fair quotation and linking are permitted subject to applicable law and accurate attribution. External sources are provided for reference; HGT does not control their availability, security or subsequent changes.
8. Availability and responsibility
HGT may correct, withdraw or update pages without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HGT is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for failures caused by third-party networks, hosting, linked sources or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Law and transaction documents
These public terms are drafted for a registered Pakistan-based sole proprietorship. Final governing-law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms for a transaction will appear in the signed commercial documents after counsel review. Mandatory consumer or other legal rights, where applicable, are not displaced by this page.
